Hello I’m Siobhan! This is my story.

From going to art school as a child, I have always known that I wanted to become a designer. But the words of my mother wanting what's best for her only daughter, encouraged me to pick an engineering degree for "job security". "As an Asian in a Western society, you will never make it as a designer" was what she told me. One year in and upon failing physics twice, I knew it was time to take that leap of faith, and to pursue what I really wanted. I am now thriving.

Graduating with a Bachelor degree in Industrial Design (with Honours), I have since had the opportunity to immerse myself in Industrial design, Product and Service design and Visual design, in reputable companies such as Resmed and Telstra. It is at Telstra, where I was introduced to and fell in love with Human Centred Design, and where I had the opportunity to lead my own projects in improving products and customer experience.
